Badger Mountain Building Pad — October 2023
For this Badger Mountain project, we began by carefully stripping the topsoil to expose the firm hillside below. Native gravel was excavated directly from the slope and repurposed onsite, minimizing material costs and truck traffic. Using that gravel, we constructed a large, stable building pad designed to support a future shop. By blending excavation with smart site prep, the finished pad offers long-term stability, proper drainage, and an efficient use of the property’s natural resources.
